Greetings from Moscow! As I write this, the ice is finally starting to melt and I am looking at beautiful blue skies. After a winter of record low temperatures, spring looks like it is on its way to Russia.
Don’t you just hate it when people practice “do what I say, not what I do”? I know that I do. So, I feel that it is important for you to know that as a life and transition coach, I am using just about every tool in my coaching and life experience toolbox to embrace the many changes I am going through right now. In addition to moving to a new country and city, embarking on a new phase in my personal relationship, and stepping out of my role as a primary caretaker for my elderly parents, I also moved my coaching business abroad. I retained all of my clients (thank you guys for trusting me with this move!), am able to offer them free calls to me in Russia and am still growing my business. My point here is that I don’t ask my clients to try to take on anything I wouldn’t. I am definitely practicing what I preach!
In this issue, I’ll talk about how acquiring new skills can help you increase your self-confidence, ways to tap into your creativity even if you’ve never seen yourself as being “creative” and how to start tackling the tolerations in your life. As you can see, all of these topics revolve around ways you can empower yourself to create a more inspired and fulfilling life. Just the type of seeds you might want to sow with spring just around the corner!
Best wishes,
Vivian Banta
